Our English Department offers two types of courses
- General English (ESL)
- Test Preparation
- General English to prepare you for effective communication for Life, Education, and Work. This program includes all the language skills but focuses mainly on communication in English.
- Test Preparation to equip you with adequate knowledge and test- taking strategies for language proficiency tests such as IELTS, CELPIP, CAEL, TOEFL and similar tests.
ESL / Conversation
- 24 courses: CLB 1 (A&B) to CLB 12 (A&B)
- The Assessment Test will determine your CLB level.
- part-time: twice a week
- 1 student: $700 per 10 classes
- 2 students: 40% off each student
- +2 students: $320 per course (12 sessions)
Test Preparation
- Packages of 10, 20, 30 hours
- Packages depend on your English level and desired score
- Once, twice, or more of a week
- 1 student: $75 an hour
- 2 students: 40% off each student
- +2 students: 50% off each student
The ESL program has been approved by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training.
These two programs are not eligible for the PGWP program.
